Barrhaven Scottish RFC Elite Athlete Fund

The Barrhaven Scottish Rugby Football Club (BSRFC) Legacy Fund was established to assist in financing future long term goals of the club. It has been the custom to allocate a portion of the Legacy Fund to an Elite Athlete Fund to support club members in good standing who represent the club by being selected to train and play at the representative level (regional, provincial or national). The Elite Athlete Fund is primarily to assist with travel costs or other expenses incurred by club members who attended training camps and games for representative programs.

If you or your child attended any training camp(s) and/or match(es) at either the regional (EORU), and/or provincial and/or national level in 2024 that required you to travel outside of Ottawa, you may be eligible for funding under the BSRFC Elite Athlete Fund.

All players who apply for the fund must have been a registered member in 2024 and be in good standing with the club.

When completing the application form, please ensure you note all the training sessions attended and matches played. The more information provided, the easier it is for the Executive Committee to make a decision on the application. All decisions regarding awarding of funding are made by the club Executive Committee. All applications must be emailed to secretary@barrhavenscottish.com.

The deadline for submitting an application is 31 December 2025.
