: Please join us for the 2025 Barrhaven Scottish RFC annual general meeting (AGM)

Our 2025 AGM will use a hybrid model – both in person and via Google meet. Meeting details were sent by email through TeamSnap and directly to all Honourary Members and Old Boys. If you are a registered member of the club, we hope you’ll attend the meeting to vote on important club issues. 

• Date: February 21, 2026
• Meeting start: 9:30 am
• In-person registration begins: 9:00 am
• Virtual meeting opens: 9:15 am. Google Meet joining info — Video call link: https://meet.google.com/qis-rdvb-xvf
  
• Location: Waterford Grand Retirement Community, 121 Marketplace Ave, Ottawa, ON. Please park on the street – on-site parking is for residents.
