Traditionally, our year end Annual General Meeting is held between mid Nov and mid Dec. This year, the club executive has decided that the membership does not need another event added to their already busy holiday season.
Therefore, the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Royal Oak Centrepoint on 12 January 2020 at 10:00am.
Everyone is encouraged to attend, listen and engage in the discussion in order to continue our growth and make this club the best club in the EORU. It takes an enormous amount of time and effort to run this club, if more people are able to volunteer for smaller projects; it makes it easier in the long run.
In case you didn’t know, Minors and Juniors players can still vote (through their parents) on club issues.
