Voting

All active (registered) club members in good standing for the 2023 season – Players, Coaches, Match Officials, Executive Board or Directors – may vote at the AGM. Each active member carries 3 votes.

A playing member in good standing, UNDER 18 years of age may vote ONLY if a Parent/Guardian is in attendance at the AGM and vote on their behalf. The player’s Parent/Guardian must also register for the AGM. Each active member carries 3 votes.

All active Social Members in good standing for the 2023 season, may participate in the AGM. Each active social member carries 2 votes.

All Honorary Members may  participate in the AGM. Each Honorary member carries 1 vote.

Proxy Vote Form

If a member in good standing with the Club is unable to physically attend the AGM, they may complete and submit a Proxy Vote form to the Club Executive (Club Secretary) by January 21st, 7 days prior to the AGM.

Any member in good standing with the Club is allowed to represent proxies, a maximum of 5 (five) per member.

The Executive Board positions are elected at the AGM and are two year positions. The below positions are up for election for the 2024 season

 Executive Directors

The Executive Director positions are elected at the AGM and/or during the season as volunteers accept the Roles & Responsibilities for the position.
