This is a reminder that our 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Royal Oak Centrepoint on 12 January 2020 at 10:30am.
Everyone is encouraged to attend, listen and engage in the discussion with a goal of our continued growth and making this club the best club in the EORU.

Our club had 327 registered members across all categories this past season and approximately 190 of those formed our Minors and Juniors programs. Minors and Juniors are registered members of the club and our future. In accordance with our constitution all registered members may participate in discussion and vote on club issues. However, any member under the age of 18 must have a parent present to vote on their behalf.
It takes an enormous amount of time and effort to run this club, if more people are able to volunteer for smaller projects; it makes it easier in the long run. Come for the discussion and submit your ideas, be a part of making this club great.
