Registration for the 2026 season is registration is live on Rugby Ontario’s new platform Play HQ.

Register now through PlayHQ. For information about how to use the new platform, refer to this “How to Register” document.

Here is additional information about the club fees and how they are calculated. If you want more information, please do not hesitate to reach out.

• Rugby Canada and Rugby Ontario fees are in addition to club fees and must be paid before we can implement any installments to club fees
• Play HQ fees and HST are in addition to club fees
• Club fees cover the following:
  • Field costs – Dome, gym, turf, grass, lining,
    • U6-U10: approx 26 sessions (Jan-Sept)
    • U12: 36 sessions (Jan-Sept)
    • U14-U18: approx 50 sessions (Jan-Oct) 15s and 7s
    • Senior men and women: approx 40 sessions Jan – Sept
    • Note: U14 girls and Senior women have fee changes due to move from sharing space to independent field allocation with the anticipated growth of their respective teams.
  • Athletic therapist and medical supplies
  • Equipment: balls, pinneys, cones, pads, wedges,
  • Referees
  • Tournamnet fees: EORU, RO, RO 7s
  • Coaching fees/ Volunteer recognition
  • Club overheads: Teamsnap, RO/RC annual club fee, awards, club day, VEO, bank fees, website, canva, etc
  • Sons and Daughters and Legacy fund contributions
• Some teams added specific items to their fees:
  • U14-U18 included a ball
  • U6-U10 included a T-shirt
  • Senior men included a team fee.
